This policy explains how Chang Studio applications, including KnowSelf MBTI, handle information.
Information We Process
KnowSelf MBTI stores assessment history locally on your device. To provide aggregate personality statistics, the app may also send the following data to our service:
- A randomly generated app identifier that is not linked to your name, email address, advertising ID, or store account.
- Assessment type and scores, result date, gender selection, and country or region selection.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifier.
How We Use and Protect Information
- Assessment data is used for app functionality and aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
- App-store purchase processing is handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment-card details.
- We may process limited diagnostic or crash information supplied by the operating system or app store to improve reliability.
Your Choices
You can delete locally stored assessment history from the app or by removing the app. To request deletion of assessment data associated with your app installation, contact psychangstudio@gmail.com. Because the identifier is random, we may ask you to provide the identifier shown by the app or other information needed to locate the record.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

您的选择
您可以在应用内删除本地测评历史，也可以通过卸载应用清除本地数据。如需删除与本次应用安装相关的测评数据，请发送邮件至 psychangstudio@gmail.com。由于标识符是随机生成的，我们可能需要您提供应用中显示的标识符或定位记录所需的其他信息。
儿童隐私

Microsoft Store users only
This section only applies if you acquire the application via the Microsoft Store.
If the application crashes, built-in Microsoft Store telemetry features might send to the developer anonymized information such as:
- Stack trace of the crash
- System specifications
- List of processes running on the system
- Memory dump of the application process, which might contain data collected for operation
This information will only be used only for debugging, will never be shared with third-parties, will only be acquired if required and will then be deleted as soon as possible.
