Privacy Policy
KnowSelf (previously 知我 MBTI) is provided by Chang Studio. This policy explains the information used by its assessments, mood journal, relaxation tools, Pro purchases and rewarded ads.
Your records stay on your device
Assessment answers and reports, mood entries, notes and selected photos are stored in the app on your device. This version does not provide cloud sync for these records. They may be included in backups managed by your operating system. Selecting a photo lets the app keep a local copy; it does not upload your photo. A share or save action exports only the content you choose through the system feature you use.
Personality samples and online analysis
Supported MBTI assessments automatically submit a result summary for aggregate sample statistics. A submission contains a random local identifier, a record identifier, the assessment version, dimension scores and completion time. It does not contain item-by-item answers, your name, contact details, mood notes or photos. The sample service uses Supabase. Other assessments are not currently submitted to this sample service. Repeated results are deduplicated under the applicable sample-group rules.
Online analysis displays aggregate comparisons using the result passed to the page. Deleting a local report does not delete an independently collected sample. The service and website hosting providers also process normal connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect their services. Sample identifiers are separate from purchase identifiers and are not sent to advertising services.
Pro purchases and restoration
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat processes store transaction and receipt information, purchase history, an app purchase identifier and information needed to validate purchases and maintain Pro access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Restoring purchases includes eligible purchases from the previous app, including zero-price store purchases. A local purchase flag alone does not grant Pro.
Subscription management, cancellation and refunds are handled through the store. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy, Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Rewarded ads and your choices
People without Pro can choose to watch a Google AdMob rewarded ad to unlock a feature. AdMob may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We do not send assessment answers or results, journal entries, notes or photos to AdMob or RevenueCat.
Google’s consent screen is presented where required. Where available, you can revisit “Ad privacy choices” in Settings. On iOS, use the system tracking permission to allow or deny tracking; Android also provides advertising privacy controls in system settings. Choices and local law affect the ads and data processing available. Pro users do not request or display ads. See Google’s advertising privacy information.
Permissions, retention and requests
The app requests only permissions needed for features you use, such as adding a shared image to Photos. Motion input moves stickers inside the mood box and is not uploaded. You can remove local records in the app; deleting the app generally removes its local data, subject to operating-system backups. Local ad rewards and access expiry are also stored on your device.
We retain server-side samples and purchase information as needed to provide aggregate analysis, verify access, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests; we may need information sufficient to locate an anonymously identified record. Store transaction records may remain with the store or payment service under their policies. Necessary service providers may process information outside your country.
Children and policy updates
KnowSelf is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to our services. We will update this page when our practices change and use additional notice where required.

人格样本与智能分析
支持样本分析的 MBTI 测评会自动提交结果摘要，用于汇总统计。内容包括随机生成的本地身份标识、记录标识、测评版本、维度得分和完成时间，不包含逐题答案、姓名、联系方式、心情文字或照片。样本服务使用 Supabase；其他测评目前不上传至该样本服务。重复结果按所属样本组规则去重。
智能分析网页根据传入的结果展示汇总比较。本地删除报告不会同时删除独立收集的样本。服务和网页托管提供商也会处理 IP 地址等正常连接信息，以交付并保护服务。样本身份与购买身份分开，不发送给广告服务。
Pro 购买与恢复
付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理。RevenueCat 处理商店交易和收据信息、购买历史、App 内购买身份标识及验证购买所需的信息，以维护 Pro 权益。我们不会收到银行卡信息。恢复购买包括旧版符合条件的商店购买，也包括 0 元商店购买；本地购买标记本身不构成 Pro 授权。
订阅管理、取消和退款通过商店办理。可查阅 RevenueCat 隐私政策、Apple 隐私政策和 Google 隐私政策。
激励广告与选择
未解锁 Pro 的用户可选择观看 Google AdMob 激励广告来解锁功能。AdMob 可能处理 IP 地址、由 IP 推断的大致位置、设备或广告标识符、广告互动和诊断信息，用于广告、效果衡量和防止欺诈。我们不会向 AdMob 或 RevenueCat 发送测评答案、测评结果、心情记录、文字或照片。
在有要求的地区会展示 Google 的同意选项；可用时，你可以在设置中的“广告隐私选择”重新调整。iOS 可通过系统跟踪权限允许或拒绝跟踪，Android 也提供系统广告隐私控制。你的选择及当地规则会影响广告和相关数据处理。Pro 用户不请求或展示广告。详见 Google 广告隐私说明。
权限、保留与请求
App 仅申请所用功能需要的权限，例如将分享图片保存到相册。设备运动信息用于移动心情盒子里的贴纸，不会上传。你可以在 App 内删除本地记录；卸载一般会删除本地数据，但操作系统备份需另行管理。广告奖励及临时解锁期限也保存在本机。
服务端样本和购买信息按提供汇总分析、验证权益、防止滥用及履行适用义务所需保留。如需访问、更正或删除信息，可联系我们；定位随机标识的记录可能需要你提供足够的信息。商店和支付服务可能依据自身政策保留交易记录。必要的服务提供商可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理信息。
儿童与政策更新
