OMNIIMAGE SUPPORT

Clear answers, when you need them.

Find help with file formats, output folders, purchases, and common processing questions.

System requirements

OmniImage supports macOS 12 or later. Keep macOS and OmniImage updated for the best compatibility.

Supported files

Raster tools support common formats including JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, and TIFF. Dedicated tools handle PDF and SVG files.

Where are exported files saved?

The output location is shown before processing. Keep results beside the source files or choose another folder. OmniImage can remember a folder you authorize.

Why is folder access requested?

macOS sandboxing requires permission before an app can read or write outside its container. OmniImage accesses only files and folders you authorize.

Free use and OmniImage Pro

The free version includes every tool and a daily processing allowance. OmniImage Pro is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited processing.

Restore a purchase

Open OmniImage Pro from the app and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. A result dialog confirms whether an entitlement was restored.

SVG size and safety

An SVG may define width and height or only a viewBox. OmniImage determines a natural export size, offers multiple PNG scales, and blocks external network resources.

A file cannot be processed

Confirm that the file opens normally in Preview and is not damaged or password-protected. Try one file first, then a smaller batch. If the issue remains, email the format, macOS version, and exact message shown.
