1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Float Camera, provided by Chang Studio, handles information. Float Camera does not require an account and does not operate an advertising or analytics service.
2. Camera access
Float Camera requests camera permission only to display a live floating camera image on your device.
- Camera video is processed locally on your device.
- Float Camera does not record or save camera video.
- Float Camera does not upload or transmit camera video.
- You can disable camera access at any time in macOS System Settings.
3. Information stored on your device
Float Camera stores app preferences locally, such as the selected camera, mirror setting, window shape, display ratio, size, position, and language. These preferences are not sent to Chang Studio.
4. Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Float Camera uses StoreKit to retrieve product information and determine whether Float Camera Pro is unlocked. Chang Studio does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password. Apple handles purchase information under its own privacy policy.
5. Data collection and sharing
Float Camera does not collect personal data, camera video, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or precise location. Because the app does not collect this information, Chang Studio does not sell or share it with third parties.
6. Data retention and deletion
Chang Studio does not retain Float Camera user data on its servers. You can remove local preferences by deleting the app and its local application data.
7. Changes to this policy
If Float Camera’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
