Terms of Use
Effective and last updated August 11, 2026. By using MomentArt, you agree to these terms and any applicable store terms.
1. The service
MomentArt is an editorial digital museum for viewing artworks and related educational information. It is not an artwork marketplace, social network, or source of professional authentication, valuation, legal, or investment advice. Browsing is available without an account; synchronization and subscription recognition require one.
2. Accounts
Keep control of the Apple, Google, or email method used to access your account. You are responsible for activity under it. Do not attempt to access another user’s data, bypass access controls, scrape the service at scale, disrupt the service, or use displayed media outside the rights shown for that work.
3. Content and image rights
Artwork facts and editorial text may come from museums, public cultural sources, editors, and other credited sources. Images remain subject to the public-domain, open-access, attribution, or other rights statement shown with each work. MomentArt’s interface, original editorial presentation, branding, and software may not be copied or redistributed except as permitted by law.
4. Museum Pass subscriptions
- MomentArt offers a monthly and annual auto-renewing Museum Pass. There is no introductory free trial unless the purchase screen expressly says otherwise.
- Your store displays the final local price, tax, billing period, and currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel through the store before renewal. Removing the app or deleting your MomentArt account does not cancel it.
- Use “Restore purchases” while signed into the MomentArt account that should receive the entitlement. Store refund and billing decisions are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- An active Pass opens the content and features stated on the purchase screen, including the complete catalog, full archive, exhibitions, and requested offline viewing. Access continues for the paid entitlement period subject to store status.
5. Availability and changes
Artworks, exhibitions, source links, and features may change because of rights, source quality, editorial review, law, security, or technical requirements. We may correct metadata, remove unavailable content, maintain the service, or discontinue features. We will not intentionally remove paid access contrary to applicable store obligations.
6. Account deletion
You may delete your account in Settings or use the web deletion page. Deletion removes MomentArt account data but does not cancel or refund a store subscription. Manage billing first if you no longer want renewal.
7. Disclaimer and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care but may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, Chang Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party services, or use outside the intended personal viewing experience. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your country or region.
