Delete in the app

1. Open Collection.
2. Tap the settings icon.
3. Choose Delete MomentArt account.
4. Read the subscription notice and confirm.

This removes the account, saved artworks, exhibitions and artists, private collections, current entitlement mirror, and current-device recent/offline data.

Request deletion on the web

Email us from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “MomentArt account deletion” and state the sign-in method (email, Apple, or Google). We may request limited information to verify that the account belongs to you.

What deletion does not do

It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal in the store before or after deleting the MomentArt account. Store transaction records remain under Apple’s or Google’s policies.

Completion and residual copies

In-app deletion removes active account data immediately when the request succeeds. A verified email request is processed as soon as reasonably possible. Supabase backup and operational log copies may remain for up to 7 days before automatic expiry. The linked RevenueCat customer deletion is requested as part of the account flow and may complete asynchronously.

删除不会执行的操作

删除 MomentArt 账号不会取消 App Store 或 Google Play 订阅。请在商店中取消续费。商店交易记录仍依据 Apple 或 Google 的政策保存。

完成时间与残留副本

App 内删除成功时，有效账号数据会立即从在线主数据库移除；通过邮件验证的请求会在合理时间内尽快处理。Supabase 的备份副本和运行日志最多可能继续保留 7 天，随后自动到期。账号流程也会提交关联 RevenueCat 客户记录的删除请求，该服务可能异步完成删除。
