Why is a long drawing only a few seconds?

LiveScribble automatically shapes the pauses between strokes. Your natural drawing process becomes a concise animation, while the completed image remains visible long enough to read.

Which formats can I export?

You can export GIF, video, and PNG. Transparent backgrounds are available with Pro.

Is playback speed saved?

Yes. Gentle, natural, or lively timing is stored with each project, so different creations can keep different rhythms.

Where are my projects stored?

Projects are stored locally on your device. LiveScribble does not require an account or upload your drawings to Chang Studio.

How do I restore Pro?

Open the Pro page, choose Restore Purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase.

My export is not appearing. What should I do?

Check that the app has the system access required to save to Photos or media, then try again. You can also use Share to send the file directly to another app.
