Restscape Support

How can we help?

Restscape is designed to work without an account or an internet connection. For questions, purchase restoration, accessibility feedback, or a problem with a scene, email psychangstudio@gmail.com.

Purchases

If you previously purchased Restscape Pro with the same Apple Account, open Settings, choose Restscape Pro, and select Restore Purchases. Apple manages billing and payment details.

Playback

Use Sound to adjust the scene volume. Scenes with more than one audio layer also offer Mix options. Use View to switch between motion, still image, and audio-only modes.

When contacting support

Please include your macOS version, Restscape version, and the scene name when relevant. Do not send payment information or account passwords.
